Susanne Kaufmann grew up in the Bregenzerwald, an idyllic region nestled in the Austrian Alps. Her fascination with the healing powers of nature was sparked by her grandmother’s knowledge of the beauty and wellness benefits that could be found in the local flora. Having joined the family hotel business, she developed a spa where she could offer guests her own signature beauty treatments. In 2003, Susanne launched her collection of award-winning face and body products – originally for exclusive use at the spa, they proved so popular that the brand has grown to become an international beauty phenomenon.

Every product is created by Susanne herself and she regularly visits the nearby factory to ensure the highest standards are always met.
